Job Opportunity: Canteen Supervisor

Camden Netball is a large and vibrant sporting organisation based at the Narellan Sports Hub.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable person to oversee the operations of our busy Canteen on Saturdays during the April to September netball competition.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the canteen operates efficiently by:-

Oversee the efficient day to day operation of the canteen

Prepare weekly staff rosters

Receive early morning deliveries and prepare the canteen and BBQ areas for operation

Supervise staff and provide support as required

Ensure that stock is well displayed and promoted

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times

You are someone who:

Can lead confidently and take ownership of the canteen

Are hands on and happy to jump in and help when needed

Has Barista experience (desirable but not essential)

Has a passion for exceptional customer service

Communicates well and can relate to a range of people, including staff and volunteers

Is reliable and punctual

Holds, or is willing to obtain a current Working with Children’s Check (paid worker)

Hours of work are Saturday 6.30 am to 12 noon on competition days. Additional work on Carnival day (Sunday) and State Titles weekend in July. The role is ideal for a local person seeking weekend hours.
