We're seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our Canteen and Coffee Cart operations during both winter and summer comps.
💙Position: Canteen Supervisor
💙Location: Narellan Sports Hub
💙Hours:
- Saturdays: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (March to September)
- Carnival Days: 6:30 am - 3:30 pm
- One night per week (3 to 4 hours) during summer competition
💙Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient operation of the canteen during opening hours
- Open and close the canteen as required
- Supervise staff
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times
- Ensure proper display and promotion of stock
-Utilise barista knowledge to prepare coffee and other beverages
💙Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a food service setting
- Barista experience and knowledge
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
